TAPROOM is an experimental SocialFi project. Keys unlock chats and are priced by a bonding curve. They are not shares, deposits, or promises of profit.

Stock Tokens are ERC-20 instruments issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey). They provide economic exposure but are not legal ownership of underlying shares. They may be paused, frozen, blocklisted, or confiscated by the issuer.

Live Stock Token features are not available to US persons or residents or entities in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or any other restricted jurisdiction. Do not use technical workarounds to bypass eligibility controls.

You control your wallet and approve every transaction. Transactions are irreversible and may fail or lose value. TAPROOM contracts are not independently audited. Use only funds you can afford to lose.

Rooms contain user messages and market commentary, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Do your own research. Abusive, illegal, or impersonating content may be removed from the app interface.

The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uptime, liquidity, asset recovery, or continued Stock Token support.
